Project Introduction

Jiangxi Jingwang Project

The total design capacity of the Jiangxi Jingwang Phase III wastewater treatment project is a comprehensive wastewater treatment capacity of 8,000 tons per day and a reclaimed water treatment capacity of 2,000 tons per day. All equipment and facilities are constructed and installed in one go. The wastewater is pre-treated based on the principles of clean water-wastewater segregation and classified treatment. The comprehensive wastewater adopts a treatment process of "chemical coagulation + primary sedimentation + pH adjustment + hydrolytic acidification + A+0+A+0 + MBR membrane + break point oxidation", and the treated wastewater meets the "Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB21900-2008)".

Longchuan Jingwang Project

The total design capacity of the Longchuan Jingwang wastewater treatment project is a comprehensive wastewater treatment capacity of 8,000 t/d and a reclaimed water treatment capacity of 2,880 t/d. All equipment and facilities will be constructed and installed in two phases. Wastewater is pre-treated according to the principles of clean water-wastewater segregation and classified treatment. The comprehensive wastewater is treated using the process of "chemical coagulation + sedimentation + AAO + MBR membrane + BAF + chemical coagulation + secondary sedimentation + oxidation", ensuring that the treated wastewater meets the "Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB21900-2008)" and achieving zero discharge of Class I pollutants from the workshop.

Zhuhai Jingwang Project

The Zhuhai Jingwang wastewater treatment project has a total design capacity of 12,000 tons per day (t/d) for comprehensive wastewater treatment and 5,200 t/d for reclaimed water treatment. The wastewater station is designed in phases, with the civil engineering completed in one phase and the equipment installation completed in two phases. Classification pre-treatment is carried out according to the principle of separating clean water from wastewater and treating them separately. The comprehensive wastewater is treated using the process of "chemical coagulation and sedimentation + hydrolytic acidification + A/O + MBR + BAF + chemical coagulation + sedimentation + oxidation". After treatment, the wastewater meets 80% of the indicators specified in the "Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB21900-2008)".
