Our services cover industries such as circuit board electroplating, biopharmaceuticals, and slaughtering.

Intelligent dosing system: Our company utilizes an advanced intelligent dosing system that precisely controls the dosage of physicochemical treatment based on changes in water quantity and quality. Through intelligent design, it can significantly reduce labor and chemical costs.

Efficient and Intelligent Biological Treatment Technology: Our company utilizes advanced precision control technology to precisely manage the oxygen content and biochemical sludge concentration in the biochemical system, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of biological treatment. Additionally, we employ a multi-stage anoxic-aerobic process to treat high-concentration organic wastewater.

Intelligent waste liquid treatment system: Leverage the construction of a waste liquid treatment system in the company's workshop to avoid the risks and costs associated with external transportation, while simultaneously producing by-products to generate profits for the company.

Case

Hunan Fangzhengda Wastewater Station

The daily water treatment capacity of this operation site is 2,500 tons, with a process of two-stage physicochemical sedimentation + biochemical treatment. The total effluent from the outlet meets the standards stably (COD<500mg/L, total copper<0.5 mg/L).

Xinyu Mulin Sen Wastewater Station

The daily water treatment capacity of this operation site is 10,000 tons, utilizing a process consisting of two-stage physicochemical sedimentation followed by biochemical treatment. The emission standards are as follows: COD < 150 mg/L; ammonia nitrogen < 25 mg/L; total nitrogen < 35 mg/L; and total copper < 0.5 mg/L. The effluent from the main outlet consistently meets these standards.
